Households can be dynamic in makeup and evolution. Regardless of the household-type you were raised in or the household-type you are currently in (traditional, single-parent, co-parent, etc.), the impacts to our society are significant. The mental and physical wellbeing of a household is usually determined by the primary care takers. Take a traditional household for example. The mother and father have SIGNIFICANT impact on their their children’s ability to survive and thrive. As parents, we hold an invaluable position in this world. That responsibility doesn’t go without the steep price of fatigue, stress, depression, etc. However, it is a priority to care for our minds, bodies and spirits, in order to have the best and most positive impact on this world.
